Yes! Zimply Global is a global ecosystem available in countries around the world. Travelers and businesses from any location can sign up, explore destinations, share content, and connect — helping discover both popular hotspots and hidden gems everywhere.
Zimply Global isn’t a traditional online travel agency (OTA) like Airbnb. Those platforms focus primarily on transactions with markups, commissions, and limited direct interaction. Instead, Zimply Global is a full social travel and vacation ecosystem that builds community first — travelers connect through friends, followers, groups, messaging, shared stories, guides, and collaborative planning. Businesses get free basic listing pages to showcase offerings and build authentic relationships. Bookings and payments happen directly between travelers and businesses (no platform commissions or fees on those transactions), giving everyone more control and genuine connections.
Zimply Global goes beyond typical social travel platforms (which often focus mainly on traveler-to-traveler connections like finding companions, sharing itineraries, or group chats). As a complete social travel and vacation ecosystem, it combines those community features — friending, following, groups, private messaging, story-sharing, guides, and collaborative trip planning — with strong support for businesses in destinations. Travelers and content creators can grow their following while discovering/sharing authentic experiences, and businesses get visibility through community engagement, reviews, and direct outreach. This creates a balanced space where travelers, creators, and local businesses all thrive together.
Browse destinations by trending spots, themes (adventure, family fun, romantic getaways, etc.), or search filters for location, type, and more. Explore business listing pages with photos, stories, reviews, and details. Connect directly with businesses via messaging or send a Negotiable Direct Intent Request (NDIR) to make an offer or discuss details — acceptance isn’t guaranteed and depends on the business. Once aligned, arrange and pay for bookings/reservations directly with the business using their preferred methods (some use iCal sync for availability).
Yes! Reviews, ratings, and stories come from verified real travelers, and locals who have experienced the destinations or businesses. We encourage authentic sharing to build trust and community wisdom.
Absolutely! Many listings feature immersive previews like high-quality photos, videos, 360° content, and even VR-capable experiences. Traveler stories, guides, and community tips also help you visualize adventures before deciding.
After you have created a registered account, and your account is approved. Go to the top of the page, in the navigation bar area, click on “My Account” a dropdown will appear, click on “Share Your Story”. Additionally, in the footer at the bottom of any page, you can find “Share Your Travel Story” under the “Account Info” section. With these you can write and upload your experiences, photos, tips, or guides — inspire others and contribute to the community! Stories may appear on destination pages or in feeds.
Yes! After visiting or experiencing a business/location (or as part of community sharing), you can leave ratings, reviews, and comments. This helps others and supports the businesses you love. Some features require login for authenticity.
Zimply Global maintains a secure ecosystem with encrypted connections, account protections, and ongoing efforts to vet businesses for legitimacy (some receive verification). However, bookings and payments happen directly between you and the business — often outside our ecosystem — so we don’t control or process those transactions. Many businesses include third-party links in their listings (e.g., to Airbnb, their own site, or other scheduling/payment gateways) where they handle reservations and payments. We strongly recommend doing your own research: read reviews and stories, check terms/policies, verify the business independently, and use secure payment methods. Your safety matters — exercise good judgment, especially with external links or direct arrangements.

First register to make an account on Zimply Global. Register Here. After account approval, sign in to your Zimply Global Account. In the top navigation bar click on “My Account”, a drop down will appear, click on “Add Business Pages”. Select the category for your business type. Each category has specific details pertaining to that specific industry. Fill out the tailored detail business listing form with photos, descriptions, amenities, and more, submit for verification, and go live after approval — usually quick once complete.
Basic business listing pages are completely free, with no required subscription model. We offer optional addons — some as one-time/lifetime purchases and others as recurring — to unlock extra features like enhanced visibility, media options, or tools. There are no commissions or fees on traveler bookings/reservations, as those happen directly.
After submitting your completed business listing page detail form, our team verifies it for quality and compliance (usually within a few days). Once approved, your page goes live immediately, and you can start connecting with travelers via messages, requests, and more.
Core tools for your free business listing page include: uploading photos/descriptions, managing reviews, adding content like blogs/guides, direct messaging/chat with travelers, handling Negotiable Direct Intent Requests (NDIR) for offers/inquiries, iCal sync for availability sharing, and basic analytics. Some of the previous may be advanced tools (e.g., enhanced customization, better media embedding like video/VR, boosted visibility features, or extra detail sections) are available only through optional addons — which may be one-time purchases or recurring. Not all tools are free; choose addons based on your needs to expand capabilities.

Authentic traveler posts and recommendations often highlight businesses, increasing your reach.
- Direct leads and engagement — Use messaging for real-time conversations and Negotiable Direct Intent Requests (NDIR) to receive intent-driven inquiries/offers from travelers interested in your offerings. These tools help spark negotiations and turn interest into actual reservations.
- Build your own community and customer base — Attract followers, nurture ongoing relationships through direct messaging and responses to reviews, share your own content to strengthen ties, foster loyalty with authentic interactions, and convert visitors into repeat customers or advocates who spread the word in their networks.
- External links for easy conversions — Add links to your other sites or listings (e.g., Airbnb, your booking page, or preferred gateways) directly in your business detail page so travelers can book seamlessly.
- Content features for extra reach — Zimply Global may naturally include qualifying businesses in created content like articles (e.g., “Best Pizza in [City]”), guides, or highlights when they fit relevance and guidelines. These get repurposed on social media and other channels for broader exposure. This inclusion is random/organic and not guaranteed.
- Paid options for targeted visibility — If you want guaranteed or customized features (specific inclusion in curated content, social media spotlights, or a tailored marketing strategy), Zimply Global offers paid services to make it happen reliably.
Travelers also grow their own followings by sharing experiences, making friends, joining/creating groups, and building audiences — which can indirectly boost businesses they love through recommendations and stories.
Travelers explore business listing pages, review photos, stories, reviews, and details, then connect directly via messaging or by sending an NDIR to show interest, make an offer, or ask questions (acceptance depends on the business — it’s not guaranteed). Discuss needs, availability (often shared via iCal sync), and terms openly. Once agreed, finalize the booking/reservation and handle payment directly with the business using their preferred method — which may include third-party links (e.g., to Airbnb or another platform if they don’t have their own direct setup) or their own gateway. Zimply Global is not involved in the final transaction, keeping it seamless and direct between you and the business you’re scheduling with.
(For businesses) Communicate directly with the traveler via messaging to resolve. Use your own policies for cancellations/refunds. If needed, report misuse to support. Zimply Global facilitates connections but does not mediate transactions.

For purchasing platform addons/services (e.g., one-time or recurring enhancements for business listings): We use Stripe for secure processing.
For traveler-to-business bookings/reservations: Zimply Global does not process or accept payments — businesses set and accept their own secure methods (credit cards, PayPal, transfers, etc.) directly.
Cancellations follow the specific policies set by the business (check their listing page or agreement). Contact the business directly to request cancellation, discuss refunds, or resolve details — they’re best positioned to handle it. Zimply Global doesn’t control or mediate these transactions, but if you need help reporting a platform-related issue (e.g., inaccurate listing), reach out to our support team support@zimplyglobal.com. We encourage clear communication upfront to avoid issues.

Yes, we follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data while it’s on our platform (used for features like connections, messaging, and profiles). However, if you opt in to marketing/offers, export data, or share info directly with businesses/travelers, that leaves our control — review what you’re allowing and proceed carefully.
