Zimply Global’s Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is part of our Terms of Service (“Legal Terms”) available at zimplyglobal.com/terms-of-service. Community & Forum Guidelines of This Acceptable Use Policy

We may moderate forums to ensure compliance but are not obligated to do so.

Contributions

“Contributions” means any data, information, software, text, code, music, scripts, sound, graphics, photos, videos, tags, messages, interactive features, or other materials you post, share, upload, submit, or provide on or through the Services. You warrant that:

• You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and authorize us and other users to use your Contributions as contemplated by the Services and this Policy.

• Your Contributions do not infringe proprietary rights, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
• You have verifiable consent, release, or permission for any identifiable individual in your Contributions to use their name or likeness.

You agree not to post, transmit, or upload Contributions that:

• Breach applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, this Policy, or our Legal Terms.
• Are defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, insulting, intimidating, bullying, abusive, or threatening.
• Are false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Include child sexual abuse material or violate laws protecting minors.
• Promote violence, advocate the violent overthrow of any government, or incite physical harm.
• Are obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, harassing, libelous, slanderous, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
• Are discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Bully, intimidate, humiliate, or insult any person.
• Promote or facilitate acts of terrorism.
• Infringe a third party’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation or imply the Contribution is from someone else.
• Contain unsolicited advertising, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, or mass mailings.
• Misrepresent who the Contribution is from.

You may not use the Services to offer, promote, sell, or make available:

• Items that promote or facilitate illegal activity.
• Cigarettes, controlled substances, narcotics, steroids, or drug paraphernalia.
• Specific knives or weapons regulated by law.
• Firearms, ammunition, or certain firearm parts.
• Sexually oriented materials or services.
• Items before the seller has control or possession.
• Stolen goods.
• Products or services likely to be fraudulent, as identified by government agencies.
• Transactions requiring pre-approval without obtaining it.

Reviews & Ratings

When your Contribution is a review or rating, you agree that:

• You have firsthand experience with the goods, services, or content being reviewed.
• Your Contribution is true to your experience.
• You are not affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews or linked to the product/service if posting positive reviews.
• You cannot make conclusions as to the legality of conduct.
• You cannot post false or misleading statements.
• You do not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.

Reporting a Breach of This Policy

If you believe any Content or Contribution breaches this Policy or infringes third-party intellectual property rights, please email us at policy@zimplyglobal.com, specifying the Content or Contribution and why it violates this Policy. We will reasonably determine whether a breach has occurred.

Consequences of Breaching This Policy

Violations may result in:

• A warning and/or removal of the infringing Contribution.
• Suspension or termination of your access to the Services and, if applicable, disabling your account.
• Notification to law enforcement or legal proceedings if we believe there is a genuine risk to an individual or public safety.

The consequences depend on the severity of the breach and your history on the Services. We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Policy.

Complaints and Removal of Legitimate Content

If you believe Content or a Contribution was mistakenly removed or blocked, email us at policy@zimplyglobal.com with details. We will promptly review our decision, but the Content may remain removed during the review process.

Disclaimer

Zimply Global Ventures LLC is not obligated to monitor users’ activities and disclaims responsibility for misuse of the Services. We are not responsible for any user Content or Contributions created, stored, transmitted, or accessible on the Services and are not obligated to monitor or exercise editorial control over such material. If we become aware of a violation, we may remove the Content, block your account, and/or report the breach to authorities. Unless stated otherwise, we disclaim any obligation to those without a direct agreement with us for use of the Services.
