- Misrepresent who the Contribution is from.
You may not use the Services to offer, promote, sell, or make available:
- Items that promote or facilitate illegal activity.
- Cigarettes, controlled substances, narcotics, steroids, or drug paraphernalia.
- Specific knives or weapons regulated by law.
- Firearms, ammunition, or certain firearm parts.
- Sexually oriented materials or services.
- Items before the seller has control or possession.
- Stolen goods.
- Products or services likely to be fraudulent, as identified by government agencies.
- Transactions requiring pre-approval without obtaining it.
Reviews & Ratings
When your Contribution is a review or rating, you agree that:
- You have firsthand experience with the goods, services, or content being reviewed.
- Your Contribution is true to your experience.
- You are not affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews or linked to the product/service if posting positive reviews.
- You cannot make conclusions as to the legality of conduct.
- You cannot post false or misleading statements.
- You do not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
Reporting a Breach of This Policy
If you believe any Content or Contribution breaches this Policy or infringes third-party intellectual property rights, please email us at policy@zimplyglobal.com, specifying the Content or Contribution and why it violates this Policy. We will reasonably determine whether a breach has occurred.
Consequences of Breaching This Policy
Violations may result in:
- A warning and/or removal of the infringing Contribution.
- Suspension or termination of your access to the Services and, if applicable, disabling your account.
- Notification to law enforcement or legal proceedings if we believe there is a genuine risk to an individual or public safety.
The consequences depend on the severity of the breach and your history on the Services. We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Policy.
Complaints and Removal of Legitimate Content
