  • Helpful or meaningful: The piece should offer value — whether it’s inspiration, insight, practical advice, or just an honest account that connects with readers.
  • Readable & thoughtful: Make it easy to follow. We encourage depth and detail in long-form content (no word limits), but even shorter pieces should feel complete and intentional.
  • Your rights & our license: For long-form contributions (blogs, articles, stories, guides exceeding 500 words intended for our featured sections), you assign full ownership to Zimply Global Ventures LLC upon submission—this assignment is irrevocable and perpetual. We will always credit you with your name or username as the author. You agree not to republish the complete content elsewhere, but short excerpts (up to 300 words) with a prominent link back are permitted and encouraged. This helps prevent duplicate content issues and gives your story the best chance to reach readers (full details in our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service sections 2, 13, 14)
  • Full compliance: All submissions must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. We may edit for clarity, remove violations, or decline submissions.

We review every submission of user generated content before it goes live and may monitor afterward. If something doesn’t meet these standards, we’ll let you know why and work with you when possible.
